Passion
PASSION – is a steady feeling of enthusiasm in doing something. It’s waking up thinking of questions you fell asleep thinking about. You stay pointed in the same direction, eager to move forward, and devote your limited time and efforts toward it. Passion comes from your heart.
How do we coach it? By challenging them to keep discovering and exploring different interests. As with all matters of the heart, they’ll know it when they find it.

Think about your interests and how they came to be. Be prepared to share with the group.
Coaches, think about how you came to choose the career you are in. How did your Passions lead you to where you are now? Be prepared to share with the group.

OBJECTIVE
Understand the meaning of PASSION and the impact it has on success.
AGENDA (~60-90 minutes)
I. Welcome & Review of Agenda
II. Check-in: have students announce themselves by stating First & Last name and sharing what’s on their mind coming into this meeting.
III. The Name Game - have students test their knowledge of remembering names: look teammates in the eyes and state their name.
