Our collaborative coaching model unites 6 student-athletes (all from different high schools within the region) with 3 Coaches (successful men and women from the community). These coaches help their team of student-athletes understand a true definition of success while coaching them on how the disciplines developed through athletics can propel them to success in all aspects of life.
