Handshake America's mission is to create coaching relationships with gritty student-athletes to help them learn a mental framework for success and inspire them to impact others. Handshake leaders regularly practice and represent the 5P values (Perseverance, Passion, Positivity, People, and Presence).

18. ESSAY - Handshake America looks for individuals that have the potential to be coached, push through adversity, and positively influence others. We are all at different points in that journey. You may already be demonstrating the 5 Practices (Perseverance, Passion, Positivity, People, Presence) or just discovering their importance.

Engage with your assigned Handshake America Coach who will help prepare you for success in life 3.
